Our Shop
The book shop is part of the house and we encourage you to visit the next time you find yourself in the Portsmouth, New Hampshire / Southern Maine area. Located just 8 miles north of Portsmouth at Maine Turnpike Exit 7, the Yorks and Ogunquit Exit (before the toll) and one block east off US Route 1 (see map) behind and on the northeast side of the Stonewall Kitchen Facility and Store, we are easy to find - look for the American Revolution War Soldier plaques on our mail box post. The shop entrance is in the rear of the house at ground level behind the elevated deck. Ring the ships bell and come on in. Books are segregated into chronological periods, Ancients to 1688, 18th Century, etc. We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as personal checks.
